The box arrived damaged, but it came with everything needed to assemble it, it works perfectly and the size is exactly what I needed, I will definitely buy again, just read the description carefully to see if it's what you need ;)
Arrived on time, exactly as pictured and described. Easy to assemble. Useful not only as a shoe rack.
It's okay as shown in the photo, although a bit smaller since two different pairs of shoes on the same step are a bit tight, so I'll only put one pair on. The material is cheap plastic and loose, just like the black fabric, but for its price it does what it says. However, the cardboard box came a bit crushed and the plastic was slightly broken.
The product meets the measurements, although the image gives the impression that it would be larger. It reaches about a foot and a half per floor. My problem was that it arrived broken.
At first we thought it was very fragile, but after assembling it we saw that it was a very good purchase.

The package got to kenya really fast it's "okay" for the price but it needs a bit of support that's the only reason i didn't give it a 5 star. Overall it serves the purpose please note that this item doesn't accomodate big or adult shoes it should be ideal for kids shoes coz of the spacing.

The truth is that it's very good, it's small but practical, ideal for children since I don't think 2 pairs of adult shoes would fit well. I bought it for my child and it turned out great.
I was skeptical when it arrived and pulled it out the very roughed up box. i thought it would fall apart and wouldn't stay together at all, thinking i wasted $5. after 5 minutes of building it, it actually stayed together. i'm not saying its the sturdiest thing in the world but its sturdy enough to keep by the door for our families shoes. don't try to move it with all the shoes on, remove them all before moving the rack or it will fall apart. but if you keep it in one place it should be fine. you get what you pay for. for the price it's actually...okay!
Fast delivery, good packaging with printing. The structure is assembled by pulling it together, the parts hold tightly. However, due to the small size and light weight of the structure, it is advisable to provide additional mounting to the wall or floor (in my case, it was screwed to the wall with a couple of screws).

Show rack, does what it was ordered for and holds shoes, very cheap and cheerful but for the price paid is good value for money, the rack once you have all of ythe parts in place needs a little tweak to get it straight but is quite strong so all good.
