The cushion is absolutely not memory foam; it's a misleading description, it's just ordinary foam. In terms of height, I am 1.75m and it is impossible for me to position myself like the girl in the photo, knowing that I have back problems and am about to undergo surgery. I bought this cushion to be able to position myself better after the surgery: but given its size, it's completely impossible. When my head is on the pillow, it reaches my groin, and if I position it the other way, it's so soft that it doesn't support my leg at all. Honestly, steer clear and don't buy this product, it's not worth it.
